SUMMER BREAK IS OVER — THE ROAD TO THE SEMI-FINALS
After a well-deserved summer break to recharge batteries and prepare for the second half of the year, the Belgian Golf League Corporate is back in action with its semi-finals. Both the Brussels League and the Flanders League are entering their decisive phase, where the balance between sporting performance and professional networking will once again take center stage.
The Brussels League will be the first to resume, on Friday, August 29 at R. Mons Hainaut Golf Club. Across all categories – Golden, Silver, Bronze, and Copper Leagues – teams will compete for a place in the final. In the Golden League, the spotlight will be on two exciting clashes: ENEON vs. Domaine des Terres du Val and Smartphoto vs. Sandt. Beyond the competition, these encounters highlight the diversity of companies and industries brought together by the league, turning the fairways into a unique networking arena.
The following week, attention will shift to the Flanders League, where the semi-finals will be played on Thursday, September 5 at Royal Latem Golf Club. With a strong financial flavor, the Golden League matchups promise to be highly strategic: Degroof Petercam vs. Callant Insurance and Capital at Work vs. Delen. These duels illustrate the league’s DNA – blending corporate rivalry, high-level golf, and business relations in an exclusive setting.
Launched with the ambition of building bridges between companies through sport, the BGL Corporate has become more than a competition. It is a platform for professionals to connect, share, and develop relationships while enjoying the values of golf – respect, precision, and fair play. With leagues in both Brussels and Flanders, it offers companies an opportunity to strengthen their teams, grow their network, and showcase their brand in a competitive yet convivial environment.
As the semi-finals approach, one thing is certain: the final stretch of the season will combine intense competition on the course with valuable connections off it.
